Prior to her entrepreneurial career, Ronna had a long-tenured career contributing to strategic planning and marketing initiatives at Prudential and Prudential Securities. During her tenure, she was the first woman named to Prudential Securities Operating Council.

Vlad Vakser, co-founder and CTO of Videotrope, received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering at National Aerospace University of Ukraine, and is now leading all development and research of new and emerging technologies at Langate Corp.

He has first hand experience in designing, implementing and supporting content management systems for dozens of companies across a wide variety of industries. His specialty is partnering with senior executives to create cost-effective technological solutions for business challenges in people-oriented categories, like sales support.

Vlad also brings his experience in management to mid and large scale engagements, and performs overall project management and coordination for the Company. He holds Microsoft and Novell certifications.

Martin A. (Marty) Berkowitz, Videotrope’s CFO, is a senior financial executive with more than 35 years of business experience in both the private and public sectors. Marty spent 25 years with Prudential Financial, retiring in 2000 as a Senior Vice President after serving as Corporate Comptroller, Chief Financial Pfficer of Prudential’s investment operations, and Comptroller of Individual Iinsurance operations. From 2002 to 2005, Marty served as Chief Financial Officer and later President and CEO of the National Veterans Business Development Officer, a 501(c)3 dedicated to assisting veterans in becoming successful entrepreneurs. Most recently, Marty was Chief Financial Officer of the Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the fourth largest public school district in the United States.

Marty is a non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Annuity and Life Re (Holdings) Ltd, a publicly traded reinsurance company. He also serves a Director of Gaming Partners International Corporation, a NASDAQ listed supplier of chips, cards and other products to the gaming industry, and a Director of ReadyOne Industries, a non-profit that employs severely handicapped individuals to manufacture clothing for the federal government.

He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1970 with a degree in accounting, has an MBA from St. John’s University, and has attended executive programs at the University of Michigan, Stanford University, and Harvard. He resides in Boca Raton, FL with his wife Diane, a special education teacher. They have three grown children.

Jerry Tankersley is a veteran Wall Street Sales Executive, with a career ranging from Registered representative trainee to EVP of a major firm, responsible for the consumer markets division. Recognized as an industry leader, Jerry served as the Co-Chair of the Sales and Marketing Committee of the securities industry leading trade association.

In 2005, Jerry received the highly prestigious SIA annual leadership award in recognition of his work on behalf of the industry with regulators and legislators.

His background includes sales and development of highly complex products for companies for multi-billion dollar organizations and holding executive positions at Merrill Lynch, Advest, and Prudential Securities.

Frequently quoted as an expert on sales in national and industry leadership publications, Jerry is perhaps best know for his skill in acquiring, managing and retaining top-tier sales talent.
